1.0 AIM
The aim of this document is to provide the general and specific requirements for the procurement of fifteen (15) aqua bikes for the Valcartier Garrison Sports Centre, Department of National Defence (DND).
2.0 BACKGROUND
The ValcartierGarrison Sports Centre would like to procure pool fitness equipment to ensure and maintain the quality of the training offered to soldiers.
The equipment must be commercial grade, ie, equipment that can withstand up to 16 hours of intensive use per day, seven days a week.
3.0 MANDATORY TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Bidders must provide the make and model of the proposed equipment and clearly indicate on the bike’s datasheet that it meets all of the criteria below.
If any of the criteria are not met, the bid will be declared non-responsive.
