Please note: The IRB has decided not to extend the invitation for this bid solicitation to pre-qualified suppliers not listed in Attachment 1 to Part 1 “List of Suppliers Invited to Bid” of the bid solicitation because the IRB has deemed that by doing so would impede on the efficiency of the procurement process.
APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).
DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) has a requirement for one Senior Application/Software Architect. The Consultant is required to document and support IRB ITIL-based service management efforts for bringing on board their new ITSM tool, BMC Footprints. The Consultant will be required to meet identified objectives and will be responsible for working with the BMC Footprints software toolkit in order to develop, design and onboard, in an Agile environment, the users of the system.

The proposed period of the contract shall be from Contract award date to 26 February 2021.
ESTIMATED LEVEL OF EFFORT OF THE CONTRACT WILL BE FOR: 72 Days.
