Nature of Requirements:
Natural Resources Canada, 601 Booth Street, Ottawa ON
requirement for the supply of liquid argon and the rental and
maintenance of one (1) contractor owned storage tank.
Item 1: Supply of liquid argon in accordance with Compressed
Gas Association Specifications G.10.1, Type II, Grade C (latest
edition) with the following exceptions: Total hydrocarbons
maximum 0.5 ppm. Estimated Annual Quantity: 12,600 gaseous
cubic meters.
Item 2: Installation and maintenance of one (1) contractor
owned storage tank suitable for the storage of liquid argon
including all fittings and adapters. Proposed tank size: 900
US gallons.
Contract will be for a period of three (3) years from the date
of tank installation, plus the option to extend by two
additional one year periods. The tank installation will take
place no later than 8-10 weeks from initiation date of contract
unless otherwise mutually agreed.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
