This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Stream 3: Information Technology and Systems Audit against Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-060004)

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The Pension Administration Outsourcing Project requires a team of auditors to continue their
independent third party review of the RCMP's Pension Administration Services. The resources required
will be a Senior Auditor and an Auditor under below work stream.

?Work Stream 3: Information Technology and Systems Audits;

DURATION OF CONTRACT

The resulting contract will be from award date to August 31, 2014, with an irrevocable option for
4 additional months.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

The Bidder recommended for award must:

a) Provide personal data including the full name, date of birth, present address and other data as requested by the RCMP representative, for each person working on this project if requested. This information will be used for security clearance purposes. Fingerprinting may be required. This information is required to be provided within 3 days of request.

b) Ensure that all persons working onsite hold a valid RCMP Reliability Status security clearance issued by RCMP Personnel Security Unit (PSU).

NOTE: The proposed resource must be able to obtain above RCMP security clearance in order to be awarded a contract.
