Correctional Services Canada (CSC) for the Saskatchewan Penitentiary (Prince Albert SK), Regional Psychiatric Centre (Saskatoon SK) and Willow Cree Healing Lodge (WCHL) in Duck Lake SK requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of Personal Toiletries on an ?as required? basis.
