Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as requested by Department of National Defence in the form of call ups for asbestos abatement work at the 4 Wing, CFB Cold Lake, AB. Services are to be provided on an ?as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of 1 year plus 2, 1 year periods.
