EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT WITH THEIR BID, BY
THE BID SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE:
(A) A COMPLETE LIST OF NAMES OF ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE
CURRENTLY DIRECTORS OF THE BIDDER (AS ANNEX C); AND
(B) A PROPERLY COMPLETED AND SIGNED FORM CONSENT TO A CRIMINAL
RECORD VERIFICATION (PWGSC-TPSGC 229), FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL NAMED
IN THE LIST. (SEE SAMPLE FORM AT ANNEX D).
"Only bids from contractors whose name is on the List of
Pre-Qualified Elevator Maintenance Contractors for the following
categories of equipment: "electric elevators, hydraulic
elevators and lifits for persons with physical disabilities" for
the province of Québec will be considered for this solicitation."
"A contractor whose name is not on the List of Pre-qualified
Elevating Devices Maintenance Contractors may apply for
pre-qualification. Public Works and Government Services Canada
(PWGSC) will publish a Letter of Interest (LOI) on the
Government Electronic Tendering Service once a year to invite
contractors to pre-qualify against one or more categories of
equipment in the specified geographic areas. It takes
approximately three months from the time the LOI is published to
complete the pre-qualification process. Contractors who are
successful will be added to the List of Pre Qualified Elevating
Devices Maintenance Contractors and will be eligible to bid on
future solicitations for Elevating Devices Maintenance
Contracts. All enquiries concerning the pre qualification
process must be sent by fax to (819) 956-3160 and addressed to
PWGSC, Regional Operations Support and Commodity Management
Division, Real Property Contracting Directorate."
WORK DESCRIPTION:
Request for selective tendering for work, involving the regular
preventive maintenance of the elevators and freight elevators
indicated above
OPTIONAL VISIT:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on
Agust 14th, 2012 at 1:30 pm:

Bidders are requested to communicate with Mr Steve
Francoeur-Veillet, phone 418-998-6569 (3) days before the
scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of
the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign
an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a
representative will not be given an alternative appointment but
they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any
clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from
the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.
