PAVING OF THE FERRY SECTOR

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work included in this project include the rehabilitation of
the extorior building envelope of the Maurice-Lamontagne
Institute, Sainte-Flavie, QC.

More precisely, the work includes the following :
Scarify the surface of asphalt to a depth of 50 mm;
Provide and install a catch basin manhole;
Adjust elevation of manhole RP-8;
Apply a coating of 50 mm thick asphalt concrete;
Make the pavement marking.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
An optional site visit will take place at 1:30 pm on February
28, 2008, at the Maurice Lamontagne-Institue, Sainte-Flavie QC.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
VERIFICATION:

A Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form should be
submitted with the proposal, by the proposal solicitation
closing date, for each individual who is currently on the
Proponent's Board of Directors. If the above is not completed
and submitted with the bid by the bid solicitation closing date,
the Contracting Authority will so inform the Bidder and provide
the Bidder with a time frame within which to meet the
requirement. Canada will declare non-responsive any proposal in
respect of which the information herein requested is missing or
inaccurate, or in respect of which the information contained in
the certifications specified hereinafter is found to be untrue,
in any respect, by Canada. Proponents must submit with their
proposal, by the proposal solicitation closing date:

(a) a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Proponent;

(b) a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal
Record Verification (PWGSC-TPSGC 229

html) for each individual named in the list.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work is to be completed by October 30 2012.

BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is between 500 001 $ and 1 000 000
