Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting the following supply arrangement holders to bid on a requirement for contaminated soil remediation at two properties in Inuvik, NT.

- EW479-192534/009/NCS Central Mackenzie Environmental Ltd.
- EW479-192534/022/NCS Nahanni Construction Ltd.
- EW479-192534/012/NCS HRN Contracting Ltd.
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to excavate and remediate petroleum hydrocarbon impacted soils.
This solicitation is selectively tendered to supply arrangement holders under the EW479-192534 request for supply arrangement (RFSA) for remediation construction services for northern contaminated sites and based in the Gwich’in and Inuvialuit administrative zones of the Northwest Territories. The bid solicitation process is outlined in Part 6 - Supply Arrangement and Resulting Contract Clauses, B. Bid Solicitation.

The proposed requirement is subject to the Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement and the Inuvialuit Final Agreement. The requirements of both agreements will apply to this procurement. The provisions that apply are contained in: Section 10 - Economic Measures, of the Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement and Section 16 - Economic Measures, of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement
