This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to purchase CEIS for Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) Smaller Urban and Rural Area around the Metro Center (Calgary) – Bow Valley. The mandatory services will include Assessments, Career Consulting, Delivery Events, Disability Employment Services, Employer Services, Exposure Courses, Individual Plan, a Resource Centre, Service Navigation, Workforce Development and Workshops.
Proponents must include the delivery of CEIS in their Proposals which will form the Mandatory Requirement Services of the Contract.
Services are designed to help Job Seekers become self-reliant and successfully enter and thrive in Alberta’s labour market. Services focus on achieving positive employment Job Seeker outcomes that include progressing toward employment goals and finding and maintaining employment.
Services are tailored to meet individual Job Seeker’s needs, address employment barriers including circumstances impacting their risk for long-term unemployment and empower Job Seekers with the right supports to achieve their employment goals. This includes trauma-informed practices and holistic wraparound supports and strategies.
Services prioritize long-term, sustainable employment outcomes that ensure Job Seekers are moving towards self-reliance, based on their capabilities, skills and circumstances.
