The LRS is a web application which collects, contains and makes public lobbying registration information disclosed by lobbyists. It is an essential component for the Commissioner to meet the requirements of the Lobbying Act and ensure transparency and accountability in the lobbying of public office holders in order to increase the public’s confidence in the integrity of government decision-making.
The OCL requires the services of a Programmer/Software Developer (Full Time) and a Project Manager (Part Time) with the ability to perform upgrades, developments, fixes, testing and improvements to the LRS. Additionally, the OCL will require training, documentation and knowledge transfer of its complex application.
