The intent of this RFP is to identify and engage with one or more Proponent(s) with whom ATB may enter into negotiations regarding a Formal Agreement for a comprehensive Audit and Control Management solution.
This is a joint initiative between three ATB business units to procure and implement a modern Audit and Controls Management Solution. The three participating business units are:
Internal Assurance (IA)
Internal Controls on Financial Reporting (ICOFR)
Technology Risk Management including Client & Experience Technology 1st Line of Defence (CXT 1LO)
The intent of this initiative is to advance ATB's defensive posture and compliance alignment by deploying a specialized Audit and Controls Management Solution (AMS). This technology will reduce manual effort, eliminate operational silos, map common controls across multiple regulatory frameworks, and automate workflows between compliance and governance teams. By protecting our operations and ensuring continuous regulatory compliance, this modernization directly supports ATB's mission to protect our clients' assets and data.
