2. Project Overview and Objectives
The Owner intends to procure professional services and construction for a new, approximately 10,000 square foot, two‑storey administration office building. The facility will accommodate administrative functions, reception, collaboration areas, meeting rooms, support spaces (copy/print, storage, IT), and building services. The project includes sitework, building construction, utilities, code compliance, commissioning, and close‑out documentation.
Objectives include functionality and flexibility; durability and maintainability; energy‑efficient systems; compliance with applicable codes and accessibility standards; a competitive total cost of ownership; and delivery within the stated budget and schedule.
The building design must incorporate Indigenous design and contain elements of local DENE culture.
