Item 001, Qty One (1), School Bus, diesel engine, 4x2, 44 adult
passenger capacity with under-body luggage compartments, in
accordance with Annex B - DND Purchase description. Delivery
Duty Paid (DDP) at CFB Wainwright AB.
Item 002, Qty One (1), School Bus, diesel engine, 4x2, 44 adult
passenger capacity with under-body luggage compartments, in
accordance with Annex B - DND Purchase description. Delivery
Duty Paid (DDP) at CFB Kingston ON.
Item 003, Qty Five (5), School Bus, diesel engine, 4x2, 44 adult
passenger capacity with under-body luggage compartments, in
accordance with Annex B - DND Purchase description. Delivery
Duty Paid (DDP) at CFB Gagetown NB.
Item 004, Optional Qty up to four (4), School Bus, diesel
engine, 4x2, 44 adult passenger capacity with under-body luggage
compartments, in accordance with Annex B - DND Purchase
description. FCA Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility
or Contractor's Canadian distribution point. Option may be
exercised within twelve (12) months from date of contract award.
Delivery
Delivery for Items 001-003 is highly desirable on or before 05
February 2013.
Debriefing
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
