A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, transportation, material, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide passenger school buses without operators on an "as and when required" basis for the Department of National Defence (DND), Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton Alberta.
The Offeror will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of the school buses to and from DND Edmonton Garrison, Building 187, Edmonton, Alberta.
The RISO will be in place for one (1) year from December 1, 2019 to November 30, 2020, with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.
It is Canada’s intention to issue up to two (2) standing offers.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services.
This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
