Description of Work:
NRCan requires programmer analysts to maintain and update applications to support the current and future needs of the Office of Energy Efficiency (OEE) Housing Division.
This work involves documenting system and functional requirements, developing and proposing high level designs, validating the design with team members, prototyping, developing and modifying software, performing code review along with unit and regression testing.
Note: The Bidder MUST submit two (2) resources
