This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

(1) IT Security Design Specialist Level 3
(1) Technical Architect Level 3
All qualified suppliers are permitted to submit bids.

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the professional services of resource categories Business Analyst, IT Security Design Specialist and Technical Architect available through the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement to work on projects and operational initiatives in support of projects from business line clients.
