Description of the Requirement:
Description of Work:
The objective of this contract is to provide the Bureau of Project Delivery and Professional & Technical Services (AWD) of the International Platform Branch (ACM) with expert professional services resource capacity on an ‘as and when requested’ basis. The resources will provide support for refinements to and the stabilization of the real property transformation that resulted in the creation of Bureau of Project Delivery and Professional & Technical Services (AWD).
The scope of this contract is to secure capacity on an ‘as and when requested’ basis, through the provision of professional services resources, via a Task Authorization (TA) process, to support the development and delivery of various work packages, including but not limited to:
Supporting the refinement/streamlining of existing and development of new business processes and procedures;
Development of program performance measurement and quality management components;
Development of a workforce management strategy/plan, including the preparation of tools and training materials to ensure the that AWD has the required capacity to deliver on its mandate; and
Development of an oversight framework to support technical evaluation(s) and audits as part of oversight activities to support all program owners
