The National Energy Board requires Senior and Intermediate facilitator services to assist with external meetings, conferences, workshops, consultations, focus groups as well as internal meetings and workshops. Services are to be provided by resources on an "as-and-when-requested" basis through a Task Authorization process. The contractor will be required to provide neutral third party facilitator services by assisting the NEB in designing, planning, preparing meetings, conferences and workshops. When issuing task authorizations, a more specific description of the task will be provided.
