The Department of National Defence (DND) reserve units situated in Southern Alberta within 41 Canadian Brigade Group (41 CBG) requires a regional individual standing offer for the supply of waste and recycling bins for their KIPP Range location - 2309234 NE Lethbridge, AB. The period of the standing offer will be one (1) year from the date of award with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.
The standing offer holder will be responsible for:
1. Delivery and set-up of units, on an as and when required basis, at KIPP Range, determined by the appropriate Project Authority/User Unit. DND will require the majority of deliveries to take place on Friday between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00.
2. Pick-up of unit(s) at completion of rental period. The majority of pickups will be required on Sundays between the hours of 12:00 and 16:00.
3. All licensing or certification, (Provincial / Municipal), as required.
4. All regular maintenance.
5. Supply of replacement unit(s) to replace those removed for repairs for a period greater than 24 hours.
6. Disposal of all waste material at an accredited waste management facility and disposal of all recyclable material at an accredited recycling plant.
