FABRICATION & DELIVERY OF FENDER BARGES

The Department of National Defence (DND) - Canadian Forces Base
Esquimalt has the requirement for the fabrication and delivery
of two (2) berthing fender barges for the purpose of mooring
Victoria-Class Submarines.
The Fender Barges must be fabricated in accordance with the
Design Drawings provided by Canada. Prior to fabrication, the
Contractor will be required to conduct a Design Check of the
vessels characteristics and submit a report for review and
discussion.
The mandatory delivery deadline for this requirement is July 15,
2015.
