As a result of operations at remote fly-in Hydrometric Stations, the boats are required to be able to be transported in the cabin of an ?A? Star helicopter for transportation to and from the remote sites.

3. Criteria for assessment of the Statement of Capabilities

Suppliers who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide the goods, services, or construction services described in this ACAN may submit a Statementof Capabilities in writing to the contact person identified in this notice on or before the closing date of this notice.
