Bath, Ontario - Bath Institution, Health Services - Dialysis Facility
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Correctional Services Canada, requires renovation work at the Bath Institution, Health Services, Dialysis Facility, 5775 Bath Rd., Bath. Ontario K0H 1G0.
SCOPE OF WORK
The work under this construction contract consists of renovating and expanding the existing health care offices and to accommodate a new dialysis facility.
The project involves the following work: plumbing, electrical, mechanical and interior finishes. Coordination of access and reporting with the institution and project representatives form an important portion of the work.
COMPLETION TIME
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twenty-six (26) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet at Bath Institution - Main Gate, 5775 Bath Rd., Bath. Ontario K0H 1G0.
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the Bidder must sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.
Bidders will be required to register with the Contracting Authority Mary Caporusso prior to the site meeting and provide name(s) of individuals attending, no later than 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017. CSC requires prior notice to ensure gate passes are issued. Identification MUST be brought to the site meeting otherwise there will be no access.
Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
