Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
of the RCMP, has a requirement for the provision of all
materials, equipment, labour and supervision to construct a new
detachment and garage building and site work on the existing
site. Work includes the demolition of existing facilities on
this site, which must remain operational at all times.

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site.

There will be an optional site visit on Wednesday, July 17,
2013 at 10:00 a.m.. Interested bidders are to meet at the
RCMP Detachment, Inuvik, NWT.

Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders
who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an
alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from
submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.

NOTE : Contractors are hereby informed that this project is
located within a Comprehensive Land Claim Settlement Area
(CLCSA) covered under the provisions of Inuvialuit Final
Agreement and Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement.
