This requirement is for the establishment of a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply of Light Sticks, Goods and Services Identification Number (GSIN) N6260 - Nonelectrical Lighting Fixtures, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND).
The NISO will be for an initial period of two (2) years with the option to extend by three (3) additional periods of one (1) year.
The resulting Standing Offer is not to be used for deliveries within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area (CLCSA).
Equivalent NSCMs or Part Numbers will be considered. If the offeror offers an equivalent product, Canada reserves the right to request a sample from the offeror in order to determine its equivalency in form, fit, function, quality and performance to the item specified in the solicitation.
