Description of Work:
The Project Management Office Division (PMOD) requires the professional services of:
One (1) Level 3 Project Manager
One (1) Level 2 Technical Architect
These resources will be responsible for the configuration, implementation and documentation of the CA PPM© solution at the CNSC. They will also be responsible for providing on-going support on an as-required basis for the in-service product.
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for a team of two resources a period of approximately 15 months (110 work days combined), plus two (2) irrevocable options of approximately 6 months each (50 total work days and 40 total workdays respectively), allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
The work is currently being performed by a contracted resource. The work was performed in the last 12 months by Empowerd Networks Inc. (Contract # 87055-16-0124, $389,550.86 from Sept. 21, 2016 to Jan. 11, 2018)
Only selected TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five business days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder. To ensure efficient operation of the procurement system, the Contracting Authority will invite no more than the first 15 SA Holders that request an invitation. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. The following SA Holders have been initially invited to bid on this requirement. Where additional invitations are made during the bid solicitation process, it may be that they are not reflected in a solicitation amendment:
