Description of the Requirement
The Social Policy Directorate is seeking professional services to conduct both a formative and summative evaluation of the Investment Readiness Program (IRP).
The objective of the formative and summative evaluations of the IRP are to evaluate the design of the program against its intended outcomes to inform future policy direction. A Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) will be integrated in this evaluation to assess how well the program serves GBA+ populations, including women and Indigenous populations. The evaluation will provide evidence-based information to support the decision-making process for program and policy development in both the short-term via the formative evaluation and the medium-term via the summative evaluation.
