Description of the requirement:
Health Canada, First Nations and Inuit Health Branch of the Quebec Region (FNIHB-QC), would like to take on the mandate of carrying out a regional evaluation on the Health Services Integration Funds Regional Evaluation (HSIF). The purpose of this evaluation is to collect and dispose of all necessary information in order to document the process of implementation of the federal initiative.
Proposed period of contract:
Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Health Services Integration Funds Regional Evaluation in the region of Quebec as defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work, for two (2) years for the Health Canada.
