Description of the Requirement:
Transport Canada is soliciting proposals on a competitive basis to have a contract in place with a recognized services company to provide recommendations on applications to construct and operate unloading and storage facilities. A typical facility will generally consist of 10 to 12 storage tanks with associated unloading/loading equipment.
