This requirement is for Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC).
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category: 4.3 Project Leader for Real Property
ECCC Realty and Business Integrity Service (RBIS) provides mandatory real estate transactional services to the entire ECCC organization which includes the responsibility for drafting, negotiating and seeking execution of all real estate agreements that pertain to these real property assets. RBIS does not currently have the capacity to deliver an equivalent amount of realty transactions and requires professional expertise to handle a certain number of them.
