Description of the Requirement:
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires the services of an external party to share expertise and assist with running ad hoc service design workshops on various topics.
This will entail the following:
1 – Build a standard methodology, supporting tools and processes to create and deliver standardized service design workshops and build internal capacity to deliver these sessions.
2- Support the CRA in delivering approximately 10 to 12 service design workshops over the course of approximately one year to engage both internal and external partners in planning, leading, prototyping and recommending new solutions.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to March 31, 2020
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 2000 hours.
