Description of the Requirement:
The purpose of this contract is to task a Prime Consultant to deliver a feasibility study report. The Prime Consultant will also be tasked to staff a team of multi-disciplinary professionals who will deliver the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW). The Prime Consultant will be accountable for the work under the scope of this contract. The disciplines/capabilities required to complete the work includes, but not limited to, the following:
i. Project Manager
