Description of the Requirement:
Correctional Service Canada (CSC) requires a resource that must participate as an independent external member on CSC's Performance Measurement Evaluation Committee (PMEC). Participation as an external member of CSC’s PMEC involves a pivotal role in its functioning. External members add value by bringing outside perspectives and ideas to the oversight and use of performance measurement and evaluation, and can serve as a challenge function.

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Columbia/Honduras/Panama and the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award to one year later, with four (4) additional option periods.
Estimated level of effort: 15 days per contract period.
