Health Canada (HC) – The Technology and Business Innovation (TBI) needs business architecture and development, business analysis and business processes to support the development of projects in stabilizing, modernizing, and transforming the Regulatory Operations and Enforcement Branch’s (ROEB) operating environment.The Regulatory Operations and Enforcement Branch (ROEB) is Health Canada’s dedicated compliance and enforcement branch, which informs and protects Canadians from health risks through regulatory oversight, outreach, laboratories, and scientific analysis.
