Description of the requirement:
Statistics Canada requires the assistance of a Sybase consultant to conduct a “Health Check” as part of the Caseman Upgrade project prior to moving to production. This “Health Check” requires the services of a consultant with expert knowledge and significant experience in Sybase that will assist with the verification/validation of server builds and supporting procedures for the implementation of SQL Anywhere Consolidated Server from Sybase ASE 12.5 (using SQL remote) to Sybase ASE 15 (using Mobilink) plus Sybase ASA 12 (using SQL remote) (i.e. adding ASA as a middle tier).
The proposed period of the contract shall be from Contract award to October 4, 2013.
