Description of the requirement:
Transport Canada (TC) will use Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) to establish a contract to support them to complete a legacy Business Rules Recovery and maintenance resulting in a Strategy and Roadmap which will take maximum advantage of existing and evolving technologies, resources, and skills to deliver the high quality cost effective approach to extracting and documenting the business rules embedded in several of its legacy applications that are candidates for transformation by Transport Canada for the years to come.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award for 12 month withtwo 12 month options.
