As part of the Shared Services Canada Email Transformation Initiative, Parks Canada requires the services of two data conversion specialists to assist in preparing key data on our email accounts and groups for migration. This work involves compiling key information on all email accounts, identifying ownership of generic accounts, resource accounts and groups and renaming all accounts as per the new Standard on Email Management. Other tasks may include testing the transfer of information to the new system and verifying that all email services function properly in the new environment. We also require the services of two IT Instructor resources to assist with the development and delivery of end-user training for all aspects of the ETI project, from pre transition mail box clean-up to using the new email service and related tools.
