This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for: Programmer/Analyst.

Description of the requirement:
The Application Services Division (ASD) of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) requires the full time professional services of a Programmer/Analyst Level 3 (Sr. .Net Developer) to provide .Net development services in support of Information Management and Technology Directorate (IMTD) projects:
The tasks to be performed are:
- Interpret systems requirements documents in order to develop IT solutions;
- Develop multi-tier solutions (including UI, business layer and data access layers) following Object Oriented and SOA best practices;
- Create reports using Microsoft Report Services;
- Develop solutions using VB .Net, ASP .Net, .Net Framework 3.5, Enterprise library 4.x and 5.x, Web Client Service Factory, Report Viewer 2005 & 2008;
- Create automated deployment projects;
- Document system design and detailed deployment instructions;
- Re-use existing standard modules, developed by ASD;
- Maintain standard Look & Feel as defined by ASD;
- Create/Perform unit testing of the solution modules during development;
- Develop and integrate to the PWGSC Access Key solution with the use of Microsoft ADFS and WIF;
- Create and integrate applications with role based authentication with the use of SQL .Net Azman;
- Respond to bug reports and fix issues in a timely fashion.

Security requirement at bid closing: Valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award plus 230 days and two irrevocable option periods of 110 days as Option Period 1 and 110 days as Option Period 2.
