This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for Stream 1: Applications Services
This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:
(1) Application/ Software Architect Level 3
(3) Programmer/Analyst Level 2
(1) Web Designer Level 2
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

8. Manpower Services Canada Inc.
9. N12 Consulting Corporation
10. OpenFrame Technologies Inc.

12. S.i. Systems Ltd.
13. The Bell Telephone Company of Canada or Bell Canada

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to March. 31, 2014 with three option period of one year.
