This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):

Description of Work:
CNSC requires the full time professional services of one (1) Level 3 Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist/Analyst. The QA Specialist/Analyst will provide services to the CNSC QA Analyst such as developing test plans, test cases and test reports for CNSC applications. This includes applying verification and validation theories and principles to the quality control of assigned areas of software functionality.
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for one (1) year (220 work days), plus two (2) half-year irrevocable options (100 work days each) allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
Only selected TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region (NCR) under the EN578-055605/E series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority in writing to request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder. To ensure efficient operation of the procurement system, the Contracting Authority will invite no more than the first 10 SA Holders that request an invitation. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. Where up to 10 additional invitations are made during the bid solicitation process, it may be that they are not reflected in a solicitation amendment.
The work is currently being performed by Promaxis Systems Inc under contract (value $ 583,362.50).
