The Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Lacombe Research and Development Centre(Alberta) has a requirement for supply and application of various bulk fertilizer blends, on crop lands and on pasture. Also required, is the supply and delivery only, of Anhydrous Ammonia, for crop land at Lacombe Research and Development Centre.
The Standing Offer period will be from date of issue for a period of one (1) year with two (2) option periods of one (1) year.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
