Request for proposal for the acquisition and delivery of firewood at the Réserve de parc nationale de l'Archel-de-Mingan, for a period of one (1) year with an additional 3 years options for Park Canada as described in Annex A.
The Firewood will be delivered as indicated in the Annex A.
The evaluation of the contractor's bid will be made based on technical criteria (Annex D) and a financial assessment.
This requirement must be completed according the time table at Annex B, Basis of Payment of the Request for Proposal.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The Crown retains the right to negotiate the terms of any contract with suppliers.
Documents can be submitted in either of Canada's official languages. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference in the tender documents and contract documents, and form an integral part.
