A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of soft drinks (Canteen), as required by Correctional Services of Canada, Stony Mountain Institution in Stony Mountain, MB. The Standing Offer will be in effect from approximately September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2017.
