The Department of National Defence (Canadian Forces Base Trenton) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of pre-fabricated enclosures to house varying sizes of generator sets, uninterruptable power supplies and a number of other types of equipment as per specifications and components described in Annex A - Requirement.
The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of two years with an additional two (2) one (1) year option periods.
This solicitation includes a mandatory technical criteria. The Bidder must provide documentation and demonstrate in the bid that they meet each and every criterion.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
