REQUIREMENTt:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Boots, Safety, Temperate Weather, Air Force, Nato Stock Number 8430-20-002-0576.
The items must be manufactured in accordance with the DND Specification DSSPM 2-3-87-0576 dated March 18, 2016 and the sealed patterns.
Firm quantity - Item 1: 1,300 pairs
It is requested that the first delivery be made within 30 calendar days of the date of the written notice of approval of thepre-production sample.
OPTIONS:
This requirement also includes two (2) options to purchase an additional quantity as follows:
Option 1 (Item 2): for a maximum of 1,300 pairs exercisable for a period of 24 months from the date of contract award.
Option 2 (Item 3): for a maximum of 1,300 pairs exercisable for a period of 36 months from the date of contract award.
PRE-AWARD SAMPLES, TEST RESULTS AND CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE
Bidders must provide pre-award samples, Certificates of Compliance and laboratory test results withtheirbid package.
SEALED PATTERNS AND TECHNICAL DATA
The Sealed Patterns and the technical data package are available for viewing at the following Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) regional offices: Quebec Quebec, Montreal Quebec, Mississauga Ontario, Edmonton Alberta,Winnipeg Manitoba and Vancouver B.C., and at DND, Gatineau Quebec.
In order to receive the Technical Data Package against this solicitation, bidders must provide the following details with their request:
