Bow Valley College - Notice of Award - Microsoft Corporation

This sole source justification is to establish an agreement with Microsoft that defines the required
contractual framework to simplify and consolidate Bow Valley College’s billing arrangements for
Microsoft Azure services.
The agreement does not represent a new purchase or committed spend; it enables streamlined
invoicing and administration for our existing Azure consumption (including reserved instances and
pay-as-you-go services) under Microsoft’s standard terms for Azure.
Only Microsoft can provide this vendor-specific agreement for Azure, as the service and associated
billing terms are proprietary to Microsoft.
