Full description

As we execute the planning and design phase of the Health Care Centre of Excellence (HCCE), we will concurrently develop a comprehensive business case (February – August 2026) to support submission to the Government of Alberta’s 2027 budget cycle, with a funding request in the range of $350–400M to advance the HCCE initiative. This business case will include detailed capital planning assumptions, projected economic and social impact, alignment with provincial healthcare workforce priorities, and a clear value proposition demonstrating long-term return on investment for the province.
Bow Valley College objective is to partner with an experienced external consultant to develop a robust and actionable campaign plan. This plan should outline required human resources, campaign infrastructure, governance model, risk mitigation strategies, and a detailed timeline of activities from pre-campaign readiness through to campaign execution and close. It should also incorporate best practices in major gift fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and integrated communications to ensure alignment across all internal and external partners.
