Full description

The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) requires a professional services team to establish a Project Delivery Office in order to assist with the planning and delivery of the key projects and/or continuous IM/IT Process improvements. The objective is to assist PCH with the set-up of a Project Delivery Office (PDO) in order to assist with the delivery of the transformational projects such as Grants and Contributions Modernization Project (GCMP) solution or GCDOCS based on a Lean and phased-in Iterative approach (Agile). In addition, the PDO will also assist with continuous process improvement projects of IM/IT related processes.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
