Fisheries and Oceans, Environmental Sciences Administration, Winnipeg, Manitoba has a requirement for the supply and delivery ofone Infrared Camera, in accordance with the technical specifiations detailed herein. The camera will be will be mounted beneath a plane in a camera hatch and used to perform aerial surveys of ringed seals.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Delivery is requested by June 1, 2016.
