Summary
This Request for Proposal is for the acquisition of three (3)
SWIR cameras, for Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC)
- Valcartier. The specifications of the required cameras are
detailed at Annex A.
Three (3) separate evaluations will be conducted. Any interested
Bidder can submit a bid for all or many of the required cameras.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price for each
camera will be recommended for award of a contract. A maximum of
three (3) contracts will be awarded.
Delivery Date
For Item 3.1 of Annex A: All the deliverables must be received
on or before March 31, 2014.
For Items 3.2 and 3.3 of Annex A: All the deliverables must be
received on or before 24 weeks after contract award.
Prices must be submitted Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Defence
Research and Development Canada - Valcartier, Incoterms 2000 for
shipments from a commercial contractor.
Certifications
Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003.
There is a Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment
equity requirement associated with this procurement; see Part 5
- Certifications, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the
annex named Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity -
Certification.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
